Delivery
Import Duty & VAT To Europe
VAT will now be applied at your national rate for deliveries to the EU. Import duty on items produced outside the UK will be levied on orders over £135. As the importer, you are responsible for all import duties, customs, local sales taxes and handling fees. Payment of these may be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Unfortunately we are unable to advise on the amount that this may be. Any deliveries refused due to non payment of fees, will be destroyed by the courier and therefore will not be eligible for refund. If the importer wishes to return the parcel back to Nasty Lifestyle any return fees applied by the courier and HMRC such as return shipping, government charges and handling fees, plus a £15 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days and UK priority orders within 1 working day. These times are for dispatch and do not include delivery.

Covid-19 And Brexit
Due to the impact of Covid-19 restrictions and the Brexit Transition Period coming to an end, the cost of international shipping has increased. We have introduced UPS, Fedex, DHL and DPD as a replacement for many of our non-UK customers and the cheapest is offered at check-out. Orders over 2KG
Large volume and heavy international orders with a volumetric weight in excess of 2 Kg will be invoiced additional postage costs. We will always use the cheapest methods of postage and will only charge actual postage costs if this applies to your order. If at all unsure, please contact us and we can give you a shipping quote.
Volumetric weight is the calculation used to measure the space required on the aircraft for all international courier services. The calculation is: The length X width X height of the parcel divided by 5000 rounded up to the next 0.5. The weight of the parcel is rounded up to the next 500g and multiplied by the volumetric weight.
Import Duty & VAT Outside The UK
Please note that import duty and VAT may apply for deliveries outside the UK. As the recipient of our products, you are responsible for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Unfortunately we are unable to advise on the amount that this may be. Any orders cancelled, returned to sender or refused due to customs fees will be subject to a restocking fee.
Undelivered Parcels
We have upgraded our Royal Mail services to tracked and signed in line with our international courier services. Sadly due to the increase in fraudulent claims we can no longer refund, replace or offer store credit when tracking shows that delivery was successful.
Ecologi
As an online brand with significant global reach we are responsible for shipping and receiving parcels worldwide, unavoidably creating a measurable carbon footprint. Where possible, we rely on road delivery services but regrettably it is not currently commercially viable to pass on the significant uplift in shipping costs and delivery times to further reduce air travel. Our shipping methods and delivery partners do however remain under constant review. We now donate to Ecologi to help create a healthier climate, protect biodiversity and help reforestation efforts around the world. All by planting trees!
